For more than 35 years, across  a variety of industries, the common thread has been building and leading successful teams and challenging the status quo.  What started in the highly competitive computer industry of the late 1980's with companies like Digital Equipment Corp and their Global Solutions Division, the expertise accumulated over the years to effectively analyze a business, and it's operating model, and then develop and implement a plan to optimize those operations has been repeated time and again.

  

In the early 2000's, as the Co-Founder and COO of a medical supply company, his business model went against every norm the industry had ever experienced and several industry "experts" predicted failure within 6-9 months.  Four years, and 16 new locations, later the company was bought out by one of those "experts" at an industry record factor on EBITDA never seen before or since.   And that "failed" business model has now been adopted by several industry leaders.

Taking those lessons learned on to a very fulfilling non-profit endeavor helping children and adults with disabilities and within the IT Staffing and Solutions industry, the strategies implemented have continued to deliver remarkable results.  Most recently, as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations for a $1B Global IT Staffing & Solutions firm, he built the most successful, and most profitable, region in the company, developing more successful market leaders than any other region and delivering double-digit growth the past 4 years, outperforming all other regions and most of the industry.
